This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to settle into a traditional PA and company secretarial role. This property investment client based in WEST LONDON is looking for a senior level PA*OM to work 4 days a week, from 8.30 to 4.30.
Your main duties will be split into 4 areas: PA duties for the MD and FD Company secretarial work for 30 companies Staff and PAYE administration Annual company accounts
To be successful in this position you need to have an abundance of common sense and very strong secretarial skills at a senior level. Excellent grammar and spelling is a must and shorthand would be advantageous. You will also need strong Word and Excel skills, and any company accounts experience would be desirable.
